Who I am

Pinkie and the Brain is a sole-trader business operated by Dylan Glen Coppard from 2 Glenmoor, L'Amont De La Ville Bagot, St. Ouen, Jersey JE3 2DF, under Government of Jersey CHW Business Licence Reference 005956, granted on 12 May 2026.

What this site is

Pinkieandthebrain.com is a marketing website for my web and mobile application development services. You can read about services, browse a portfolio of past work, and send an enquiry through the contact form. The site is a shop window, not a contract.

I may update, modify, or remove content from this site at any time without notice.

Acceptable use

You may use this site freely for its intended purpose. You may not:

• Use the site to send spam, malicious code, or unlawful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its underlying systems
• Use automated scrapers, crawlers, or bots in a way that disrupts service or attempts to bypass anti-abuse measures

Intellectual property

All site content — text, graphics, code, branding — is owned by Dylan Coppard or used with permission. You may not copy, redistribute, or use the content commercially without prior written consent. The portfolio entries describe past work for clients; rights to that client work remain with the respective clients except where shown.

Services delivered under separate agreement

Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer to perform services. Any actual engagement for development work is governed by a separate written Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement, signed by both parties before work begins. Pricing displayed on this site is indicative; final pricing is set in the signed SOW.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. I make best efforts to keep information accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee uptime, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dylan Coppard is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Liability for services performed under a separate signed agreement is governed by the terms of that agreement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Bailiwick of Jersey. Any disputes will be resolved in the Jersey courts.
