The challenge
Patrick's work speaks for itself — he writes, edits and advises for some of the most respected names in higher education, from Universities South Africa to Wits and Nelson Mandela University. But his online presence didn't match the calibre of his clients. He needed a site that read as seriously as his work, that he could update himself without paying a developer every time, and that actually delivered enquiries to his inbox.
What we built
A fast, bespoke website — designed from scratch, not dropped into a template — with the content structured around how Patrick actually works: his services, selected work, and the institutions he's partnered with. Crucially, it's built on a self-editable CMS (Keystatic), so Patrick writes and publishes articles and updates his own copy without a developer in the loop. A reliable contact form routes enquiries straight to him, and the whole thing is server-rendered for speed and search visibility.
The result
Patrick now has a web presence that holds its own next to his institutional client list — quick, professional, and entirely his to manage. He publishes on his own schedule, enquiries arrive reliably, and the site is built to grow with him rather than lock him into a platform.
