Pricing — honest, fixed, no surprises
Every project is quoted as a single fixed price, agreed in writing before any work begins. No hourly meters, no agency markup, no “it'll cost more than we said”. The packages below are real starting points — your final quote comes after a short discovery call.
Prices are sharper than agency rate for two reasons: no overhead (no office, no project managers, no juniors trained on your budget), and AI-assisted coding that ships three-to-five times faster — savings I split with you.

What affects the price of a website or app?
The honest answer to “how much does a website cost” is: it depends on scope. The biggest drivers are:
- Number of pages and amount of custom design — a 5-page brochure site is a fraction of a 15-page branded build.
- Functionality — a static site is far cheaper than e-commerce, logins, dashboards, or custom business logic.
- Integrations — payments, CRMs, email tools and third-party APIs each add scope.
- Platform — web only, or web plus native iOS and Android.
- Content — whether you supply copy and images, or need them produced.
That's why the real number comes after a quick conversation — but the packages above tell you the ballpark before you ever pick up the phone.
After launch
Every project includes free fixes after launch (30–90 days depending on the package). After that you can pay per-fix hourly, sign a maintenance retainer (£400–£1,200/month), or just email me when something comes up — most clients prefer the last one.
